Shipping Policy
1. When will I receive my order?
Delivery to most physical addresses occurs within 5 to 20 business days. The following in-house processing procedures will postpone the shipping of your order: customization, backorder, and special order. Your entire order's shipping will depend on how many shirts are in your order. Usually, for every shipment, we ship less than 15 shirts or 3 kg. For orders over 15 shirts or 3 kg, we will add one more shipment.
2. What shipping method do you use?
We ship offer Hong Kong Post, EMS or USPS standrad shipping,and you can pay FedEx or DHL express shipping to expedite your package.
3. Can I ship to a post office box or private box address?
DHL or FedEx shipping does not carry to box addresses, so you must provide a physical address for delivery.
4. Do you charge tax?
We do not charge tax when you check out, but your local customs officials will assess taxes before allowing the item to enter your country. The carrier will usually pay these fees on your behalf and collect them from you at the time of delivery. You are responsible for all customs fees, including duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and any other fees assessed at the border before delivery.
5. Can I return an item?
Please contact us before returning an item for an estimate of your return shipping charges.
6. What should I do if I am missing an item or if I received a defective or incorrect item?
Please accept our apologies if your order was not processed correctly. Just contact us, and we will do our best to correct your order as efficiently as possible. We can usually reship a new jersey for free.

Notes:
1、USA,Canada,UK,Italy and Australia fast shipping 7-13 days to arrive,15-25days for standard shipping.
2、After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-3 days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
3、In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
4、If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service to verify within 45 days of the order date. For other orders, products, and logistics related issues, you must contact customer service within 90 days of the order date.
